We will not sell your personal information.
Our lawful basis
Depending on the situation, we rely on taking steps at your request, contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligation. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether the use is expected, proportionate, and does not unfairly affect your rights.
Who we share information with
We may share information with service providers that help us operate, including Vercel, which hosts the website, Formspree, which processes preview form submissions, and Calendly, if you use the booking link. We may also share information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep information
We normally keep enquiry and preview request information for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact. If you become a client, we may keep relevant records for longer where necessary for accounting, legal, or contractual reasons. Calendly and Formspree may retain information according to their own privacy policies.

Those services control their own cookie and privacy practices.

Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
